Ngan Ioc Lun

Ngan Ioc Lun’s practice has a strong focus on civil law and criminal law.

Ngan has followed executive proceedings for recovery of sums in arrears, mostly while representing local banks, to which he also provides legal advice. Ngan is also experienced in drafting and interpreting lease contracts and promissory agreements for sale and purchase of property, setting up companies, as well as in providing advisory services in matters relating to condominium.

Prior to joining JNV – Lawyers and Notaries in 2010, Ngan was a civil servant at the Public Works and Transport Bureau, a construction engineering foreman at the Macau Post Office and an Inspector of economic activities a Macao Economic Services. During these years of service, he has accumulated a wide range of knowledge and practice in matters related to public tendering works and international law of foreign trade.

Ngan graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau and has also a degree in Portuguese-Chinese Translation from the Macao Polytechnic Institute. He is a member of the Macau Lawyers Association.

He is native Cantonese and fluent in both oral and written Portuguese and Mandarin.
