Ricardo Morgado Igreja

Ricardo Morgado Igreja’s practice is strongly focused on commercial, corporate law and IP law.

Ricardo is experienced in negotiating, drafting and interpreting commercial agreements, as well as in providing corporate and compliance advisory services, in the gaming, banking and insurance areas.

He has been involved in several large financing and M&A international and domestic transactions and has provided legal advice and assistance in listings in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. He also has experience in IP laws and litigation related thereto.

Having graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau in 2002, Ricardo joined JNV – Lawyers and Notaries on the same year and completed his training in 2005. He is member of the Macau Lawyers Association.

Ricardo is native in Portuguese and fluent in both oral and written English.
