Luis Filipe Oliveira

Luís Filipe Oliveira has significant experience in litigation and insurance matters.

In his legal practice he has attended several court trials in commercial, civil, administrative and criminal matters and has an active role in advising clients in criminal, administrative and labour matters. Luís is also highly experienced in assisting with dispute resolutions and with enforcement of court decisions civil and administrative proceedings.

In his practice he has developed high skills with insurance regulatory and compliance advice and has frequently acted for local insurance companies.

Luís is also a Private Notary since 1994 and has significant experience in preparing and providing a wide range of notarial services.

Before joining JNV – Lawyers and Notaries, Luís worked as Inspector of economic activities at the Macau Economic Services and as a lawyer at C&C Lawyers Office.

Luís graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Macau.

Luís is native in Portuguese and has elementary proficiency in both oral and written English and in verbal Cantonese.
